Edition 7 Week 10
A short edition.
Soul Burger
I went to a restaurant called Soul Burger and got a “plant-based” burger. It tasted like beef! It was great. I also charged my first taxi ride to the company because I had to stay late.
Shirts are too big
I ordered shirts online and unfortunately they are too big. I’m a size 37.5 (half way between 37 and 38) but that doesn’t actually exist.
What I’m reading/watching/hearing:
- Vanilla Sky (film) – Movie with Tom Cruz. It’s a classic, so I felt like I had to watch it. It was pretty good although knowing the ending made it a bit more meh. However, the story was so well told and you felt so emotional after it. Also Penny Cruise.
- Various Podcasts about Asylum Seekers/Immigration Issues – Actually a few have been appearing on my feed. I try to listen to become informed but there’s too much detail and not enough problem-solving, and I always give up.
